Eligibility for Exchange:
We happily offer exchanges under the following two conditions:
Sizing: The garment you ordered does not fit correctly.
Defect: The item received has a manufacturing defect or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
The Exchange Process
To qualify for an exchange, please notify us within 48 hours of your delivery. This quick contact ensures we can hold the replacement item for you.
Now who Covers the Exchange Fee?
Customer is responsible for the shipping charges for both returning the original item and sending the new one. If there's a defect or wrong size is sent by us, we will gladly cover the charge for exchange.
Please Note: All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags intact to be eligible for exchange.
Refund policy
No Returns / No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. Aram Aram maintains a strict No Returns and No Refunds policy. Once a product has been sold and delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund.
